What sizes are available?

Our dresses come in a wide range of sizes, from XS to 4XL.

Is fitting required before renting?

We highly recommend booking a fitting to ensure the perfect fit and styling for your event.

Can I get the item on the same day?

Yes. If the item is available, you may take it home immediately after your fitting.

Can I reserve a dress for a future date?

Yes. You may reserve a dress a day before your event and schedule a convenient pickup on your event day.

How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 3 days: Pick-up | Event | Return

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, rental extensions are available at an additional fee of ₱200 per day, on top of the rental fee and security deposit. Requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery via Maxim or Grab. Delivery fees are shouldered by the customer.

How do I return the dress?

The dress must be returned either by dropping them off at our shop on or before 6 PM or by arranging delivery via Maxim or Grab. Delivery fees are shouldered by the customer.

Do you offer alterations?

No, we do not offer alterations. We recommend booking a fitting to ensure the best fit.

Do I need to clean the item before returning?

No. We take care of all cleaning and maintenance.

What if the item doesn’t fit?

This is why fittings are highly recommended. Our team will assist you in finding the best option during your appointment.

Do you accept same-day fitting appointments?

Same-day fittings are available depending on schedule. Please message us on Instagram for urgent bookings.

What happens if I return the item late?

Late returns will incur a fee of ₱300 per day, as delays may affect other bookings

What if the item is damaged or stained?

We kindly ask that items be returned in good condition. Items returned with stains, dirt, or damage will incur corresponding cleaning or repair fees.

What if the item is lost?

If an item is lost during the rental period, the full replacement value of the piece will need to be covered, excluding the rental fee paid.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit of
₱500 is required and will be returned after the item is checked.

What are the requirements to rent?

A valid government-issued ID is required. Clients are also required to sign a rental agreement form outlining the terms and conditions before releasing the item.

What are your accepted modes of payment?

We only accept online payments. Available methods include GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer via BDO or BPI.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 3 hours prior notice before your appointment.
